TERMS OF SERVICE

Delivery Policy

At Negative Apparel, we prioritise the prompt delivery of your orders while ensuring the highest product quality. To maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional products, all items undergo rigorous quality inspections before dispatch. This enables us to offer our valued customers premium-quality merchandise. Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a verification email or WhatsApp message for confirmation.

Please note that our orders are shipped only on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

To avoid any delays in delivery, kindly provide us with your complete address and accurate contact details. Our courier partner will attempt to contact you using the provided telephone number before arranging the delivery. In the event that they are unable to reach you, the courier will return the parcel to Negative Apparel. Subsequently, we will make further efforts to contact you and arrange an alternative delivery.

  • Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in PKR with extra charges
  • Exchange Window: 7 days from delivery
  • COD Refunds: Issued as gift vouchers

GULF MARKETS (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)

  • Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop
  • Exchange Window: 30 days from delivery
  • No Cash on Delivery available

Payment Options

The payment options available are:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - Pakistan Only with Extra Charges
  • Bank Transfer - Pakistan Only with Extra Charges
  • Other options feasible to both the company and customer

Exchange Policy

To make the exchange process simple, the customer has to dispatch the product back to us at the given address. Once the product is received and inspected, our team would issue a shopping voucher worth the same amount as the product purchased. The shopping voucher can be used to make an exchange order. The validity of the shopping voucher would be 30 days from the date of issue.

Important Exchange Terms:

  • Lingerie & Loungewear items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Pakistan: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the products
  • International Markets: Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the products
  • The customer is liable to pay the courier charges to return the product to our address
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping services
  • After the specified exchange window, it will be solely the company's decision to fulfill your request or not

Negative Apparel holds the authority to reject any exchange claim if not met with company policy as mentioned above. For exchange please email us at support@negativeapparel.com or live chat via our website.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund or return will only occur if:

  1. The wrong item was sent
  2. The item is defective
  3. The item was damaged in shipping

Refund Timeline:

  • Pakistan: You can claim a refund within 7 days from date of item(s) delivered to you
  • International Markets: You can claim a refund within 30 days from date of item(s) delivered to you

In case of refund, the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).

Please note that cash refunds will only be given on damaged articles if a fresh item is not available. We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are being dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged article, they can ask for a full cash refund by emailing us on support@negativeapparel.com

Cancellation: You can cancel your order before delivery is processed. Once order is dispatched it will not be possible to cancel the order. Refunds/Cancellation will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment that the customer used.

Pakistan Only - COD Refunds: In case of COD orders, once a refund is confirmed we will initiate it by issuing a gift voucher.

Shipping Costs: The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning items. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable.


CLEARANCE & SALES ITEMS

Please note that the clearance & sale items will not be refunded. Clearance items will not be exchanged for another size or product.

Please note that cash refund will not be issued on the items on sale and clearance. On sale and clearance items, a voucher for the same value will be issued that you can use on any other item.

The following are the terms of use that govern use of the Site ("Terms of Use"). By using the Site you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the negativeapparel.com privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site. Negative Apparel reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, Negative Apparel may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Additional Terms:

  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
  • The company reserves the rights to cancel any request from the customers without due notice
  • Customers using the website who are Minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
  • The company reserves the rights not to fulfill or entertain requests from the customers
  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

Jurisdiction:

  • Pakistan Customers: Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us
  • International Customers: Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for product quality and fulfillment. Local consumer protection laws may apply for payment disputes in your jurisdiction
