Cash on Delivery option is available for our customer for the orders worth less than 20k. Customer ordering for the 1st time or if the order worth is more than 20,000, we need a minimum of 25% advance to process the order.

Our Flash Delivery orders take up to 2-3 working days whereas, the normal orders can take up to 18-20 working days however the time can be affected or delayed in case of weather conditions or given covid19 situation, the deliveries are taking longer than usual but we will continue improving the delivery times.

  2. 2. All products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery should they meet the exchange criteria.
  3. 3. Products will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This means that they are unused, not damaged, all stickers and tags intact and packed in their original packing.
  4. 4. Lingerie & Loungewear items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. 5. Delivery charges will not be included in the exchange amount and only Item value will be considered.
  6. 6. Customers need to send the article back to us, once it is received and inspected by the quality assurance team, details will be shared for issuance of Voucher/ Store credit.
    Please make sure to add a Note while returning the Order, mentioning your Order ID and the reason for return.

  7. 7. Store credit will be issued within 24 hours and shared on the same email address which is provided in your order, from which you can reorder any item online or at our stores.
  8. 8. Validity of the voucher will be 30 days from the day it is issued.
Refund will only occur if:
1. The Wrong item was sent.
2. The item is Defective.

3. The item was damaged in shipping. You can claim a refund within 7 days from the date of item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).

Please note that refunds will only be given on damaged articles if a fresh item is not available.
We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are being dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged article, they can ask for a full refund by emailing us on

1. Orders paid through “Pay via Credit/ Debit Card” and “Qisstpay” will be refunded in the same account from where the payment has been made.
2. Orders paid through IBFT or COD will be refunded through Bank transfer in your Bank account.
3. Refunds will take up to 9 working days to process as per bank policy.
4. Please note that Refund will not be issued on the items on sale and clearance. On sale and clearance items, a voucher/ Store Credit for the same value will be issued that you can use on any other item.
