- What are your delivery timings?
We deliver our Products to Pakistan and we are operating them from UAE. It takes up to 18 to 20 working days to deliver an order at your doorstep. However, if you place an order from flash delivery section, your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

- Can we reach out to Negative Apparel through Social Media?
Unfortunately, we do not respond over Social Media. All the necessary information is provided on our website but in case of any query, you can reach out to us on email@example.com or you can always chat live with our customer representatives available on our website. Our representatives would love to help you out!
- What if I pay the amount in advance and do not receive my order?
We have 100% cash refund policies in place to ensure that your money is protected and will be returned in case on any non- delivery.
- An exact date of delivery of order.
Our flash delivery orders take up to 2-5 working days max whereas, the normal orders can take up to 18-20 working days however the time can be affected or delayed in case of weather conditions or given covid19 situation, the deliveries are taking longer than usual but we will continue improving the delivery times.

- Why do we have to pay 25% of the amount as processing fee?
The policy is to ensure that the time and resources spent to procure and dispatch your products do not go to waste when the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Unfortunately the average return ratio of cash return on delivery packages is 20% only and to ensure the continuous services provided by Negative Apparel, we have such policies in place.
- Is it safe to shop online?
This is an important question and our priority at Negative Apparel is to ensure the privacy of our customers and safety of payment. Your info is secure with us and will not be used for any other purpose.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our end the courier will then send you the tracking code or an update of the shipment.
- How to place any order?
You can easily place an order from our website by selecting your item and then by clicking the ‘buy it now’ option following that, you need to provide the required info and then continue to check out.
- How to apply discount code?
You can apply a discount code right before payment. You will be provided with a small box above your total amount on which you can add your discount or gift code.
- How to apply gift code?
You can apply a gift discount code right before payment. You will be provided with a small box above your total amount on which you can add your discount or gift code.
- How to confirm my order?
Once your order has been completed and you have paid the total amount and checked out, you will then receive a confirmation text via SMS from which you will be informed about the confirmation of your order.
- How to exchange a product?
The products will only be exchanged if we have failed to deliver the right size. All the sizes are clearly mentioned on our website and it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizes before ordering. In case the customer orders the wrong size, there would be 25% deduction in price for the exchange item. Lingerie & Loungewear items cannot be returned or exchanged.
