Negative Apparel has been making and selling womenswear in Pakistan since 2018. We started online, and we now run our own outlets in the twin cities with more opening. Almost everyone here joined while something was still being built.
We don't keep a fixed vacancy list. Hiring happens when the work appears — a new outlet, a busier season, a job nobody currently owns. So this page stays open, and applications that come through it get read.
Where we usually need people
- Retail floor — sales, styling, stock handling and shift leads at our outlets.
- Warehouse and fulfilment — picking, packing, dispatch, stock counts, returns.
- E-commerce — catalogue and listings, product photography, content, customer support.
- Marketing — paid social, organic social, influencer coordination, email.
- Finance and operations — bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting.
What gets our attention
Specifics. Tell us what you actually did — the outlet you worked at, the campaign you ran, the numbers you moved. A short honest note about real work beats a long polished CV with nothing concrete in it.
We care more about whether you finish things than about where you studied.
