Refund policy
Exchange:
Lingerie, & Makeup items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We facilitate exchange requests. You can email us at support@negativeapparel.com and we will gladly facilitate your exchange request.
Exchange/Return Timeline:
- US/Canada & International Markets (Canada, Europe & Others): Items can be exchanged/returned within 30 days of delivery should they meet the exchange criteria
Items will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This means that they are unused, not damaged, and all tags are intact and packed in their original packing.
Customers need to send the item(s) back to us, please make sure to add a Note while returning the Order, mentioning your Order ID and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping:
- International Markets: Customer is responsible for international return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping services
Once it is received and inspected by the quality assurance team, details will be shared for issuance of Voucher/Store credit/Refund.
Return Address
Customer Support will provide with the return shipping label or address for returns.
Once the return is received & is inspected by team and approved for store credit, you will be issued store credit within 2 working days on the same email address which is provided in your order, from which you can reorder any item online or at our stores. Refund will be processed within 10 Business Days.
Refund:
Refund will only occur if:
- The Wrong item was sent.
- The item was defective or unavailable from the manufacturing end.
- The item was damaged in shipping.
Refund Timeline:
- US & International Markets (Canada, Europe & Others): You can claim a refund within 30 days from the date of the item(s) delivered to you
In case of refund, the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s) to the same payment method used while placing order.
Refund Processing by Payment Method:
- Credit/Debit Card & Bank Transfer: Refund will be processed to the same payment method used while placing order
Once your refund is approved it will take 10 days to process the Refund.
Exchange / Refund (Pakistan Specific)

- Pakistan: Items can be exchanged/returned within 7 days of delivery should they meet the exchange criteria
Items will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This means that they are unused, not damaged, and all tags are intact and packed in their original packing.
Delivery charges will not be included in the exchange amount and only Item value will be considered.
Customers need to send the item(s) back to us, please make sure to add a Note while returning the Order, mentioning your Order ID and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping:
- Pakistan: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Please note that refunds will only be given on damaged items if a fresh piece is not available. We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged item, they can ask for a full refund by emailing us at support@negativeapparel.com
