Delivery Policy 

At Negative Apparel, we prioritize the prompt delivery of your orders while ensuring the highest product quality. To maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional products, all items undergo rigorous quality inspections before dispatch. This enables us to offer our valued customers premium-quality merchandise. Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a verification email or WhatsApp message for confirmation.

Please note that our orders are shipped only on business days, from Monday to Friday.

To avoid any delays in delivery, kindly provide us with your complete address and accurate contact details. Our courier partner will attempt to contact you using the provided telephone number before arranging the delivery. In the event that they are unable to reach you, the courier will return the parcel to Negative Apparel. Subsequently, we will make further efforts to contact you and arrange an alternative delivery.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery to all the orders paid via debit/credit card or Bank transfer is made. 

Please note you now have an option on checkout page for free delivery please select that and make payment via card or bank transfer.

Payment Options

The payment options available are:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Cash on delivery(With Extra Charges)
  • Transfer through banks
  • Kal Pay (Pay in 3 Months)
  • Baadmay (Pay in 3 Months)
  • Other options feasible to both the company and customer.

(Please note that all orders above Rs. 30,000 will have to pay the amount in advance) 

Cash on Delivery ( COD ) Policy

At Negative Apparel, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and convenient shopping experience. In order to ensure the smooth operation of our Cash on Delivery (COD) service, we have implemented the following policy:

Eligibility for Cash on Delivery:
a. All orders below 30,000 Rupees (PKR) are eligible for Cash on Delivery.
b. Orders with a value exceeding 30,000 Rupees (PKR) are not eligible for Cash on Delivery and must be paid using an alternative payment method, such as credit card, debit card, or online transfer.
Failed Cash on Delivery Attempts:
a. In the event that a customer fails to receive their parcel on a Cash on Delivery order, our courier partner will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer for successful delivery.
b. If, despite these attempts, the customer remains unavailable or unwilling to receive the parcel, our courier partner will return the package to Negative Apparel.
Consequences of Failed Cash on Delivery Attempts:
a. If a customer fails to receive their parcel on multiple Cash on Delivery orders, and our company receives a negative response from the courier regarding delivery attempts, Negative Apparel reserves the right to discontinue offering Cash on Delivery as a payment option for future orders placed by the customer.
b. The decision to discontinue Cash on Delivery will be communicated to the customer via email or any other appropriate means of communication.

Service Limitations in Remote Areas:
a. Negative Apparel offers Cash on Delivery across Pakistan; however, there may be certain remote areas where our courier partner does not operate.
b. In such cases, customers residing in these remote areas will not have access to Cash on Delivery as a payment option.  They will be required to use alternative payment methods, such as credit card, debit card, or online transfer.

Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Refund or return will only occur if :-
1. The wrong item was sent.
2. The item is defective.
3. The item was damaged in shipping.
You can claim a refund within 7 days from the date of item(s) delivery. In the case of a refund, the customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to us. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process the refund. Please note that cash refunds will only be issued for damaged articles if a fresh replacement is not available. We ensure that all items are in their best condition before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged article, you can request a full cash refund by emailing us at support@negativeapparel.com.

You can cancel your order before it is processed and dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refunds or cancellations will be made using the original mode of payment and will be processed within 3-7 working days, depending on the payment method used.

For Cash on Delivery orders, once a refund is confirmed, we will issue a gift voucher.

 

CLEARANCE & SALES ITEMS

Please note that the clearance & sale items will not be refunded. Clearance items will not be exchanged for another size or product.

Please note that cash refund will not be issued on the items on sale and clearance. On sale and clearance items, a voucher for the same value will be issued that you can use on any other item.

  • The promotion will run from 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) on Saturday 22nd July 2023 till 11:59 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) on Sunday 25th July 2023.
  • Buy 1, Get 1¬†Free¬†offer is only applicable when the coupon code¬†BOGO¬†is used on any item(s) having a promotion overlay on it.
  • Select any 2 or more items having promotion overlay on them and get the lower priced item for¬†free.
  • In the case of cancellation. Partial cancellation is not possible for¬†Buy 1, Get 1¬†Free orders. Cancelling a¬†Buy 1, Get 1¬†Free item will automatically cancel all¬†Buy 1, Get 1¬†Free items in your order.
  • This coupon code cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon code.
  • For returns, the value of the refund will be pro-rated against the whole order amount paid.¬†
  • Items marked non-returnable are not applicable for return or exchange.
  • Negative Apparel reserves the right to reject this offer with a reasonable cause.

  2. Visa, Master Card and Cash on delivery in PKR will be accepted for payment.
  3. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  4. The company also reserves the rights to cancel any request from the customers without due notice.
  5. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a    User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  6. The company reserves the rights not to fulfill or entertain requests from the customers.
  7. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  8. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
