Exchange Policy

To make the exchange process simple, the customer has to dispatch the product back to us at the given address. Once the product is received and inspected, our team would issue a shopping voucher worth the same amount as the product purchased. The shopping voucher can be used to make an exchange order. The validity of the shopping voucher would be 30 days from the date of issue.
Lingerie & Loungewear items cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
As we are sourcing the products from outside the country, the size exchange would only be done if the issue is at Negative Apparel's end. The exchange request will only be entertained within 5 days of receiving the products.
The customer would be liable to pay the courier charges to return the product to our address.

After 5 days it will be solely company's decision to fulfil your request or not.
Negative Apparel holds the authority to reject any exchange claim if not met with company policy as mentioned in above paragraph. For exchange please email us at support@negativeapparel.com or live chat through our website.
 

Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Refund or return will only occur if :-
1. The wrong item was sent.
2. The item is defective.
3. The item was damaged in shipping. You can claim refund within 5 days from date of item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).
Please note that cash refunds will only be given on damaged articles if a fresh item is not available. We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are being dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged article, they can ask for a full cash refund by emailing us on support@negativeapparel.com
You can cancel your order before delivery is processed. After you receive the tracking number it will be not possible to cancel the order. Refunds/Cancellation will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 3-7 working days depending on the mode of payment that the customer used.
In case of COD once a refund is confirmed we will initiate it by issuing a gift voucher.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning item. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

CLEARANCE & SALES ITEMS

Please note that the clearance & sale items will not be refunded. Clearance items will not be exchanged for another size or product.

Please note that cash refund will not be issued on the items on sale and clearance. On sale and clearance items, a voucher for the same value will be issued that you can use on any other item.
