Our Philosophy At Negative Apparel, we strive for perfection. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a streamlined return process for our international clientele.

Exchange Policy

  • 30-Day Window: For US and International orders, we accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

  • The Process: To ensure a perfect fit, we issue a Digital Shopping Voucher once your return is received and inspected at our distribution hub.

  • Voucher Terms: Your voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used across our entire online collection.

  • Condition: Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are Final Sale:

  • Lingerie & Loungewear

  • Beauty & Makeup products

  • Items purchased during Clearance or Final Sale events

Refunds & Cancellations

Full refunds to your original payment method are granted if:

  1. An incorrect item was dispatched.

  2. An item arrived with a manufacturing defect.

  3. The item was damaged during international transit.

Refund Processing:

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is tracked and handled securely, please do not ship items before contacting us.

  2. Information: Provide your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  3. Authorization: Our team will provide you with the Return Authorization and the correct Global Distribution Address.
