How to Place Order

Pre Order items will be dispatched in 20-25 working days, whereas items from flash delivery will be dispatched in 5-7 days.
Order ID is a number that we use to process your orders. It will also serve as the main ID that you will use to communicate with us. Tracking ID will be provided to you once your order is dispatched so you can live track your order’s progress

Order Returns
Yes, you can absolutely make changes to an order. Whatsapp us at (0309) 111-0262 or email us at support@negativeapparel.com and we will make the required changes for you.
At Negative Apparel, our top-notch operations ensure that you don’t face any issues with the product when you receive your order. However, in cases where you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
