How to confirm my order?
You will receive a confirmation
email and SMS within minutes of placing your order. In case you do not receive

How long will it take to get my package?
Pre Order items will be dispatched in 20-25 working days, whereas items from flash delivery will be dispatched in 5-7 days.
I have Order ID and Tracking ID, what should I have to do with them?
Order ID is a number that we use to process your orders. It will also serve as the main ID that you will use to communicate with us.
Tracking ID will be provided to you once your order is dispatched so you can live track your order’s progress

CanI make changes to an existing order?

I had a discrepancy in my order when I received it, I am worried
At Negative Apparel, our top-notch operations ensure that you don’t face any issues with the product when you receive your order. However, in cases where you are not satisfied,

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
