30-Day Window: For US and International orders, we accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

The Process: To ensure a perfect fit, we issue a Digital Shopping Voucher once your return is received and inspected at our distribution hub.

Voucher Terms: Your voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used across our entire online collection.

Condition: Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

Refunds & Cancellations
Full refunds to your original payment method are granted if:

An incorrect item was dispatched.

An item arrived with a manufacturing defect.

The item was damaged during international transit.
Refund Processing:

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.
